Cordgrass planting along the the shoreline of the GIWW at McFaddin National Wildlife Refuge

Project Description

This project further prevented shoreline erosion and restored deteriorated shorelines by slowing down the erosion by planting cordgrass. By slowing down or eliminating the erosion we are protecting public access roads and levee banks.
