Today, Commissioner George P. Bush announced the winner of the 2020 Top Texan Tournament, with Stephen F. Austin claiming the worthy title of Top Texan.  Unusual times presented by COVID-19 didn't keep Texans from debating about the most admired leaders in Texas history. Sam Houston conquers all in 2019 Top Texan Tournament

Today, Commissioner George P.
