Commissioner Bush Launches Most Extensive Conservation in Alamo History
Today, Texas Land Commissioner George P. Bush announced the Alamo Church and Long Barrack will undergo their most extensive conservation in more than a century. The Alamo Announces Second Alamo Roadshow
The Alamo will hit the road on Tuesday, July 10 for the second installment of the Alamo Roadshow. The first Alamo Roadshow visited 10 cities in April, ranging from Abilene to Laredo. The roadshow will stop in three cities, inviting Texans to learn about the ongoing preservation work happening at the state’s most well-known historic site. Dallas Genealogical Society Conserves Republic and Early Statehood Documents and Map at Texas General Land Office with $7500 Donation
