Coastal Heritage Preserve Acquisition-Tract 2 (40 acres)

Project Description

Artist Boat will partner with Galveston Independent School District (GISD) to purchase, conserve, and manage 40 acres (Tract 2) of coastal habitat, which is proposed for development of 163 residential home units. These 40 acres would become part of the Coastal Heritage Preserve’s existing 1,039 acres.
