Description:  Coastal Boundary Survey dated January 27, 2026 delineating the littoral boundary of the B.H. Hornburg Survey, Abstract 437, Scrap File 015030, along the line of Mean High Water, on the Northerly Shoreline of Copano Bay (State Submerged Tract 90) in Refugio County, in connection with GLO Leases No CL20230004. Centroid coordinates 28.077429° N, 97.222125° W, WGS84. A copy of the survey recorded in Document No. 2026000649, Plat Records of Refugio County.

A Coastal Boundary Survey for the above-referenced project has been reviewed and accepted by Surveying Services; upon completion of public notice requirements, the survey will be filed in the Texas General Land Office, Archives and Records, in accordance with provisions of the Tex.  Nat. Res. Code §33.136.
