The revetment was installed along 6,000 feet of shoreline adjacent to the Corpus Christi Ship Channel and jetties at the mouth of Piper Channel near Port Aransas.  Over 2,000 acres of wetland habitat at the Port Aransas Nature Preserve will be protected by this erosion response project.
