Project Description

Phase 1 gathered all the necessary bid package components such as design optimization, preliminary design, final design, cost estimates, bathymetric surveys, a coastal boundary survey, geotechnical investigation, cultural resources surveying, and environmental permitting to initiate work at Magnolia Beach. No construction is anticipated as part of Phase 1.
