AUSTIN - Texas General Land Office Commissioner George P. Bush is pleased to announce that the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) has awarded nearly $19 million in additional funding to the state of Texas to assist in long-term recovery efforts following severe flooding events that occurred in 2015 and 2016. SAN ANTONIO - Cmr. George P. Bush and Mayor Ivy Taylor are thrilled to congratulate three local students who were recently named winners of the 2017 Camp Alamo Art Contest. This spring, students ages 9 - 13 were invited to submit art projects illustrating what the Alamo means to them.
