Supporting the Amos Rehabilitation Keep

Project Description

Project will provide support for the Amos Rehabilitation Keep, increasing rehabilitation capacity so that a greater number of live sea turtles and marine birds may be returned to the Gulf. This project will provide operational funds that can enhance and improve response capabilities to recover injured and stranded sea turtles and marine birds. Funding requested is the average costs to support sea turtle and bird rehabilitation at the ARK on a 12-month basis. Project outcomes include contributing to species conservation, maintained infrastructure, acquisition of rescue equipment and supplies, and strengthened partnerships for habitat protection.
