  This form is for customers that need to renew their existing easement, make a change in their easement or assign their easement to another party due to a sale of their assets.
• Form to request a Cabin Permit Transfer
  Form required to initiate a Cabin Transfer Request that must be signed and notarized by current permit holder.  Upon receipt of this form, GLO will sent full Cabin Application to perspective permit holder.
• Form to Certify Compliance of Waste Disposal associated with Cabin Permit
  Form required to be on file with every current permit holder, certifying permit holder is in compliance with the Cabin Program Waste Disposal Requirements.

  Application for the construction of residential (single-family use) noncommercial structures, including normal appurtenances such as fish cleaning tables, watercraft storage facilities, stairways, and finger piers, etc. It also includes the US Army Corps of Engineers application in the packet, so GLO can administer that permit when applicable.
• Application Coastal Leases for Government Agencies and Nonprofits
