Lower Rio Grande Valley Development Council Repairs 777 Homes Damaged by Hurricane Dolly
Texas General Land Office Commissioner George P. Bush is pleased to announce that the Lower Rio Grande Valley Development Council (LRGVDC) has successfully rehabilitated and reconstructed 777 homes damaged by Hurricane Dolly in 2008.
