Baffin Bay Water Quality Study: Data collection & outreach to address water quality concerns - Phase 2

Summary

Texas A&M University – Corpus Christi will conduct monthly water quality monitoring efforts in Baffin Bay to document the influence of hydrological and climatic variability on water quality in the system. Project results will be disseminated to managers and stakeholder groups though data reports and presentations. The project supports a larger effort to reduce the frequency/intensity of harmful brown tide blooms and hypoxia in Baffin Bay.
