Boggy Bayou Nature Park Improvements - Phase II

Summary

Funds will be used to add bollards around the park to prevent future habitat destruction and install a roof over a portion of the boardwalk. Calhoun County installed bollard fencing along the park entrance road (Phase I), but additional bollards are needed to protect other sections of the park marsh and mud flats. Phase II funding will be used to install bollard fencing around the park where it was not added in Phase I due to limited funding and to install a roof over a portion of the boardwalk.
