Coastal Heritage Preserve 164-acre Acquisition

Project Description

Galveston Independent School District (GISD) will work with Artist Boat to purchase, conserve, and manage 164 acres (Tracts 3, 4, 5) of coastal habitat, which is proposed for development of 1,118 mixed use units. These 164 acres would become part of the Coastal Heritage Preserve’s existing 1,039 acres.
