Developing a Framework for Modeling Texas Coast Waves and Validation

Summary

The project will develop a framework for generating wave information along the nearshore Texas coast. The project will determine how to implement which model(s), the appropriate coastal resolution, and sensitivity to uncertainties in bathymetry, winds, etc. The project will also identify which locations show greatest variability and hence a need for buoys to be deployed.
