Exploration Green Public Access Development and Ecosystem Restoration, Phase 3

Summary

The Galveston Bay Foundation (GBF) will continue developing Exploration Green, a 200-acre stormwater detention, natural conservation and recreation area in the Bay Area of Houston. In Phase 3, GBF will restore approximately 20 acres of prairie, install a 1.5-mile, 10-foot wide, multi-purpose trail, and provide public access to a variety of environmentally-oriented education and recreation opportunities.
