Project Description

The City of La Marque will restore over two acres of degraded tidal marsh habitat, improve water quality, and stabilize the eroding shoreline along the edges of the Park’s public pavilion area through the engineering & design, permitting, and construction of a living shoreline (Phase I). The project will also advance the planning, environmental review, and design of additional habitat restoration and park improvements to support future implementation.
