The scope of the work consists of restoring the Historic Seawall beach to its pre-disaster conditions by placing 216,342 cubic yards of beach quality sand along 19,242 feet of beach. This scope of work is authorized through a FEMA Public Assistance grant for permanent work under the Public Assistance
program authorized by the Robert T. Stafford Disaster Relief and Emergency Act, disaster declaration DR-4332TX, PW No. 03706.
