IOB Pocket Park, Phase II

Project Description

The City of Ingleside on the Bay (IOB) has been working to create a new pocket park that will provide the only free, public access to the shoreline of Corpus Christi Bay in the IOB community. The CMP project will (1) purchase a property that is adjacent to the newly created pocket park for the development of a parking area that will support access to the park and (2) construct eight parking spaces (including one handicap accessible) and adjacent bioswale to control stormwater. The current phase will specifically focus on creating a parking area that supports access to IOB’s new pocket park.
