Queen Isabella Causeway - Materials Testing

Summary

Aptim Environmental and Infrastructure, LLC will do field assessments of the Old Queen Isabella Causeway.The GLO will support other State of Texas agencies in the removal of the Causeway and the possible transfer of the causeway material to an artificial reef location in Texas waters. These structure poses a threat to public safety, the environment and requires material testing prior to removal. The GLO will require professional services to support these efforts. All work performed must be in compliance with existing federal, state, and local codes, statutes, and requirements.
