Texas CMP 10th Anniversary Program Review, Phase 1

Summary

To design an effective process for conducting the 10th Anniversary Program Review, the General Land Office contracted with a subcontractor to conduct a background assesment. The major components is to review key program documents, accomplishments and reports and interview key stakeholders (Texas CMP Staff; State, federal and local agency partners;Coastal Commissioners; Non-governmental organization representatives) And identify possible design options with budget estimates and recommend a preferred alternative.
