Summary
The University of Texas Institute for Geophysics (UTIG) proposes to undertake research and survey work to explore for, identify, and investigate fluvial and other sand deposits within and proximal to the Trinity River paleovalley, offshore of Galveston, Texas. A final report summarizing the results of all geophysical, geotechnical investigations, any stakeholder presentations, and third-party data review and incorporation will be prepared and submitted to the GLO for review. The report will include all memos and final project results focusing on identified sand bodies in the study area. Relevant data, seismic vertical profiles, and coring logs may be provided in an appendix.Basics
