CEPRA Cycle 13 Economic & Resource Benefit Study

Summary

The Texas Legislature requires the Texas General Land Office (GLO) to report the economic and natural resource benefits derived from Coastal Erosion Planning and Response Act (CEPRA) funding every biennium. To assist the GLO in meeting this requirement for the 89th Legislature regarding projects constructed with Cycle 12 funding (i.e., the 2022–2023 biennium), a vendor will provide coastal engineering, environmental, and economic expertise to determine the economic and natural resource benefits and calculate benefit-to-cost ratios for representative projects selected by the GLO.
