Laguna Heights Walkway and Bird Blind

Summary

Cameron County Parks System had a groundbreaking ceremony on 0.5 acre of land to build a neighborhood park fronting the Laguna Madre. The Parks System also constructed a handicap accessible walkway to a bird watch blind for the public to observe the array of distinct types of coastal birds that breed and establish shelter and habitat in the area.
