VLB Chairman Bush Announces $450,000 for Structural Improvements to Three Texas State Veteran Homes
Today, Veteran Land Board (VLB) Chairman George P. Bush announced that the Department of Veteran Affairs (VA) has awarded the VLB a grant totaling $453,335.50 to three Texas State Veterans Homes (TSVH). The grant money will be used to replace the roofing at the Ambrosio Guillen TSVH in El Paso and the Alfredo Gonzalez TSVH in McAllen. Debris Removal Commences on Bolivar Peninsula
The Texas General Land Office (GLO) has begun work on a debris removal project along the Bolivar Peninsula.
