Today, Texas Land Commissioner Dawn Buckingham, M.D. announced Ivan Fang of Katy as the Grand Prize Winner of the 28th Annual Treasures of the Texas Coast Children’s Art Contest. Ivan is a 5th-grade student at Enya Studio. Born on September 14, 1951, PO1 Poole served from December 1969 to December 1980 with the U.S. Navy and from June 1984 to December 1992 with the U.S. Public Health Service.
