Summary
A review of successful living shoreline programs will be conducted, identifying challenges and opportunities for application in Texas. The review will result in a findings report that assesses estuarine shoreline stabilization methods and identifies components and techniques suitable for Texas environments. The GLO may hire a contractor to assist with this task. If necessary, the GLO may further develop a living shoreline geospatial database.Basics
