Design of a modern web interface to Texas General Land Office Texas Automated Buoy System (TABS) model and data products- phase 2

Summary

The Texas Automated Buoy System (TABS) and the associated modeling effort have been providing operational oil spill response support to the Texas General Land Office (TGLO) for over a decade. Real-time data from both the buoy system and the operational model are available online in a variety of formats to the public. presently the information is scatered across a number of different sources, and is not always in easy to understand formats. Phase 2 is bringing the TABS website that was improved in Phase I and bring it online.  During phase 2 further improvements will be made based on recommnedations made by users.
