Summary
The project will focus on data collection, including bathymetric and topographic surveys, and data analysis. By analyzing new and existing data, beach profiles were developed for 19 coastal miles in Jefferson and Galveston counties. The overall goal of this project is to provide the technical data needed to develop the pre-construction design of a future dune/beach restoration project along McFaddin National Wildlife Refuge (NWR).
