Packery Flats Habitat and Public Access Enhancements

Summary

Coastal Bend Bays & Estuaries Program (CBBEP) will replace missing and damaged portions of the vehicular barrier (bollards), install signage, and preform minor repairs to two parking areas and one public access trail. CBBEP will also develop and install signage reminding users to keep vehicles out of sensitive habitat areas and to be good stewards of the area by not littering and “pack out what you pack in.”
