Today Texas Land Commissioner George P. Bush announced the second amendment to the Texas General Land Office's (GLO) $57.8 million action plan for Hurricane Harvey has been posted for public comment. The amendment allows for new construction, in addition to rehabilitation and reconstruction, of multifamily affordable rental housing in Aransas, Nueces and Refugio counties.
