Coastal Storm Water Best Management Practices

Summary

The purpose  of this project is to provide technical assistance to local jurisdictions in the coastal zone of Texas for the implementation of off-system roadway and urban development management measures in accordance with Section 6217 of the Coastal Zone Management Act. The University of Texas at Austin's Center for Research in Water Resources will facilitate effective implementation of water quality best management practices (BMPs) for off-system roadways and urban  development through the  provision of technical guidance, training stakeholders in the use of this guidance, planning assistance, and implementation assistance.
