Marcell. Born on January 30, 1934, A/1C Marcell served from October 1951 to October 1955. A/1C Marcell received the National Defense Service Medal for his service to our nation.A/1C Marcell is not expected to have any next-of-kin attend his burial. TEXAS GLO POSTS AMENDMENT 1 TO THE 2018 SOUTH TEXAS FLOODS STATE ACTION PLAN FOR PUBLIC COMMENT

Today the Texas General Land Office (GLO) posted Amendment 1 to the 2018 South Texas Floods State Action Plan for $72,913,000 in Community Development Block Grants for Disaster Recovery (CDBG-DR) for a federally required 30-day public comment period.Amendment 1 includes the newly created appendix H, providing meaningful analysis on the four approved Affordable Rental Program projects. Today, Texas Land Commissioner Dawn Buckingham, M.D. is proud to celebrate the passage of a $400 million funding allocation for the historic Alamo Plan, which was included in the state's budget Governor Greg Abbott signed on Sunday.
